More bug fixes

At this point I'm mostly spending my time polishing the gameplay to a razor point, while working on other aspects in the background. Hopefully that's okay.

Update includes:
-Twirling now consistently stomps enemies
-Twirling will now always put out fires
-Sliding no longer cancels stride jumps
-Now possible to long jump out of a slide: the speed of the long jump depends on your current stride jump combo
