First quality of life patch is now live!
I've been listening to feedback I've received from various channels and wanted to push a patch to alleviate most, if not all of the issues. No new levels or items to play around with unfortunately, but I did add a move that I neglected to enable in the previous patch.
Giana can now slide! By holding down, your movement speed will lock in. You can jump out of the slide at any point (and I do mean any point), and bumping into enemies while sliding will harmlessly push you away. Do be careful of that kickback, though.
Now onto the patch notes:
-Jump inputs should be more consistent
-Side flip has been buffed
-Timing on stride jump has been made less strict
-Stomp hitboxes have been adjusted
-Gems going into the bank have been sped up
-Pause button added
-New monospace font for gem display
Progress has been more or less steady on the project. I'll admit that I'm not very confident in my level designing abilities, but I've been sorting out various enemy and obstacle concepts that will hopefully prove to be good inspiration.
